|

|
Vessel Vision, Lighting & Access Systems
Our
unique
fused glass windows provide a
high pressure, high safety hermetic seal. Vessel
lighting and camera
systems enable operators to view the
contents of vessels either insitu or
remotely by CCTV or through the plant control system. By combining
a light and sight glass in one system we can maximise vessel
illumination and viewing whilst freeing up a nozzle for another
application.

A range of gas analysers in conjunction with highly
accurate sensors for oxygen, ozone, carbon dioxide, hydrogen and
nitrogen for hazardous and non-hazardous applications.
|

|

|

|
Flow Computers
For
fiscal metering and product transfer we provide a range of flow
computers. The flow computers take inputs from primary flow
measuring devices together with temperature and/or pressure
transmitters and provide corrected flow based on industry approved
algorithms.
|

|

|

|
Hazardous Area Interface
A
range of isolators/barriers to enable
instrumentation and electrical equipment to be mounted in hazardous
areas. We also provide a range of loop powered hazardous area displays and surge
protection devices.
|

|

|

|
Fieldbus Network
Systems
Fieldbus
power
supply systems with optional redundancy for safe and hazardous area
fieldbus installations and interface to
field based bus wiring blocks and surge protection equipment. We also
offer an extensive range of Fieldbus
diagnostic equipment and support all protocols including Foundation
Fieldbus and Profibus.
|

|

|

|

Specialist
Support Services
Hanley Measurement &
Controls in addition to providing process instrumentation and control
solutions also provide significant support services from initial
design and specification, procurement, installation, commissioning
and ongoing maintenance contacts.
|
Engineering Support: Our team of application engineers are
available to discuss process measurement and control requirements
and recommend a solution to meet our customer’s specific
applications. We will assist in the installation and our service
engineers are available to attend site for configuration,
calibration and commissioning. To ensure the instruments deliver
optimum performance we provide support contracts where our
engineers will visit site on a planned or emergency basis to carry
out routine or preventative maintenance, instrument calibration and
fault finding.
Procurement Services: In any project the selection and procurement
of instrumentation and control equipment is one of the most time
consuming functions and requires a significant engineering
resource. Hanley Measurement and Control have over many years
provided a specialist procurement service to fast track the
selection and supply of process instrumentation and control
equipment. For both large and small projects we can allocate our
considerable resource and expertise to provide a one stop solution
for Instrument selection, tendering process, commercial and
technical evaluation, order placement, expediting and document
control. This service has resulted in considerable savings for our
clients in terms of the instrument costs but more importantly with
significant time reductions from initial specification to delivery
onsite with all necessary documentation and certification.
